Kingvale, the worlds first rider owned terrain park only hill announced today that season passes have gone on sale for $99. This season Kingvale has added to its lift serviced terrain as well as more snowmaking improvements. According to Day Franzen, Kingvale founder, "We are excited about some of the new features for this season that will have to be a surprise come and see for yourself".
Kingvale, located 14 miles east of Truckee off of the Kingvale exit, is renowned for having some of the most creative jib features and lines anywhere. With daily maintenance and a complete rebuild every week, the small mountain offers constant change to continually challenge riders. This season, Kingvale will be open for snowboarding seven days a week and will continue to offer tubing on the weekends. The Sunset Showdown Rail series of events will return every other Friday, and as in the past, Women ride free every Friday.
